Returns & Refund Policy

Because Beamyy sells personal care products, opened or used beauty items generally cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or a refund for the affected items at our discretion.

Unopened items in original condition may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if you contact support first for a return authorization. Return shipping is your responsibility unless we made an error.

Subscribe & Save members can skip, pause, or cancel upcoming shipments anytime before the renewal date — no cancellation fee.
